We may collect your name, business or facility name, email address, telephone number, location and opportunity details, machine interests, financing interest, communications, quotations, purchase history, payment status and related business notes. We do not store payment card numbers in this CRM.
How we use information
- Respond to machine-purchase and placement inquiries.
- Prepare quotations and discuss financing options when requested.
- Manage follow-ups, delivery, installation, training and support.
- Maintain sales, tax, payment and accounting records.
- Improve our customer service and understand repeat-customer activity.
Consent and communications
When you submit a website form, you consent to the collection and use of the information for the purposes described above and to being contacted about your request. Promotional emails are sent only when you separately choose the optional promotional-email checkbox. We record when that consent was provided. You may unsubscribe at any time, and your address will then be removed from the active promotions list.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, accounting or professional services. We do not sell customer information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to complete an authorized business transaction.
Retention
Customer, lead and sales records are kept until the business owner deletes them, subject to any legal, tax, accounting, warranty or contractual recordkeeping requirements that require longer retention.
Security
CRM access is restricted to authorized team members using authenticated accounts. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent for future communications, or request deletion where retention is not otherwise required. Contact us using the information below.
